Spinners are gifted with a generous amount of ingenuity... we love this spindle rack created by Kathie Sarminia of Illinois
Kathie bought a $2.99 wooden towel rack at Ikea and attached it here to the side of a pine bunk bed. She screwed silver-toned screw eyes into each of the rails, staggering them from front to back (no pre-drilling needed). The two rails are perfectly spaced so that the whorls don't bump the back wall or each other even with 3" whorls. The entire arrangement cost less than $5, and can hold at least 20 spindles in a wonderful, spindle-safe display. Nice job Kathie - thanks for sharing!
